“The St Lukes app did not show pending bloodwork needed by my doctor, though an order existed.There is a small red Jeep parked in one if two handicapped spots in front of the building. This red Jeep is there EVERY time I come in for and appointment and is there all day. It must be a staff member. This is very rude and excludes patients from using this spot.”

“The telemedicine appt was necessary as the handicapped parking at the facility is behind a wall and it was so windy I had to cancel my in person appt as it was impossible to walk into the building with the wind......The facility is at 3151Walbert Ave in Allentown, the parking situation needs to be rectified for patient access for those who have disabilities....”
