To make these books a reality, authors Rallie McAllister, MD, MPH and Jennifer Bright Reich joined forces with a team of 150 physicians, including several Lehigh Valley-based doctors such as Eva Mayer, MD, a pediatrician at St. Luke’s Coopersburg Pediatrics.
