Dwithiya K. Thomas, MD, St. Luke’s University Health Network Appears On Chef’s Kitchen

Bethlehem, PA - The Chef's Kitchen has partnered with St. Luke's University Health Network to bring our viewers healthy recipes & disciplines from the area's top chefs. Tune in Friday, March 20th at 5pm on The Comcast Network, Channel 27 for Service Electric cable subscribers or RCN-TV (4). Friday's show will feature cardiologist Dwithiya K. Thomas, MD who serves as the American Heart Associations 2015 Chair of the Go Red Event and Chef Tony Clark, Executive Chef of Valley Forge Casino Resort. Dr. Thomas, a vegetarian joined Chef Clark in preparing his recipe for Vegetarian Bouillabaisse from a heart healthy perspective.

The Chef's Kitchen features "Tips & Techniques" from the popular menus of the nation's top chefs.
