“Overall, visiting this medical facility was very smoothly run. I was particularly impressed with printed material provided to me about my condition. This not only saves time, but also gives me an opportunity to review information at home. I have thought this was a good idea, for many years, as a patient often forgets what is told them, especially with seniors. In addition, I think general guidelines for my diagnosis might be helpful. I am a retired registered nurse.”
