Our Graduates
The nine graduates of the SLUHN interventional training program have all found satisfying positions in a variety of practice settings. Several have gone on to do additional training in peripheral or structural intervention. All have passed the interventional cardiology board examination on the first attempt.
All of our graduates have indicated their willingness to confer with our interventional cardiology trainee to provide advice on finding a suitable practice setting upon graduation. It is not uncommon that first position after fellowship proves to be less than ideal. Recent graduates are better qualified than established faculty members to provide advice on what questions to ask prospective colleagues and how to achieve a satisfactory match.
