    Areas of Interest: Lifestyle Medicine, Sports Medicine, and medical education. Outside of medicine, Dr. Goodbred enjoys spending time with his three young sons. He also enjoys outdoor activities, playing and coaching sports, reading, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
