PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Biché is from Mount Laurel, New Jersey and graduated from the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her professional interests include critical care and emergency medicine. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and finding new places to try or explore in the area! In her free time, she enjoys reading, supporting the Eagles and Phillies, baking, and running.
PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Fager is from New Tripoli, Pennsylvania and graduated from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at Saint Joseph’s University. Her professional interests include infectious diseases, critical care, and emergency medicine. She loves spending time with her family and friends and traveling to new places. In her free time, she enjoys building Legos, watching reality TV, and being outdoors.
PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Jahan is from Norristown/King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University School of Pharmacy in 2024. She completed her PGY1 training at Paoli Hospital and joined our ID team in June 2025. Her professional interests include antimicrobial stewardship, gram-negative bacterial resistance, infection control, and precepting. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, painting, journaling, trying out new local restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Kearns is from Doylestown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She completed her PGY-1 residency here at St. Luke's University Health Network. Her professional interests include medical intensive care and surgical trauma critical care. She loves spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. In her free time she loves watching Philadelphia sports (go birds), reading, crafting, and running.

Dr. Lalla is from Wilkes-Barre, PA and graduated from Binghamton School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. His professional interests are infectious diseases and critical care. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching/playing basketball (Go Knicks), golfing, and playing video games.
