Innovations Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) also offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for those patients who are working quickly toward their treatment goals and are able to transition from the PHP 5-day-a-week model to a 3-day-a-week IOP treatment care model. This option is based on both treatment team and insurance provider consensus.
Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program
Innovations offers innovative, structured mental health day program treatment five hours-a-day, five days-a-week for our partial hospital program and three days-a-week for our intensive outpatient program.
The appropriate patient will be age 18 years old or older and meet admission requirements for a partial or intensive outpatient mental health program. The Innovations team provides individual and group psychotherapy, music therapy, occupational therapy, medical education, dual diagnosis groups for those who have had chemical dependency issues in the past and psychiatric care.
