How to Apply

Hospice & Palliative Medicine Advanced Practitioner Fellowship

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA/NP education program
  • PA’s must have NCCPA National Board Certification
  • NP’s must have National Board Certification. Please see the specialty track for requirements.
  • PA’s and NP’s must have a valid Pennsylvania State license. NP’s must have current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse AND a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification
  • Completion of all competencies and training as specified for ACP’s working at St Luke’s University Health Network.

Application Process

Applications and interviews are accepted and offered on a rolling basis. Applicants are selected based on academic achievement, interpersonal skills and interest in hospice & palliative medicine.

  • Contact information for two to three references who will be requested to provide letters of recommendation (if applicant has graduated within the past year, one of the references must be the applicant’s program director / clinical coordinator)
