Congratulations to Drs. Brian Kelly, Jason Black and Holly Stankiewicz for winning first place at the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians Scientific Assembly. Their winning podium presentation was titled: Manipulation of Breath Alcohol Tests: Can Specific Techniques Alter Breath Alcohol Content?
