Nutrition
- Community Gardens: Located on a 20,000 square foot piece of land behind the hospital at St. Luke's Anderson Campus, the Community Gardens increase awareness about healthy eating and encourage employees to grow some of their own food.
- Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program: Weekly delivery of locally grown produce to your job site during the growing season, paid for by payroll deduction, check or credit card. Registration is available between February and April, deliveries take place June to October. For more information, contact Employee Wellness.
- St. Luke’s Rodale Institute Organic Farm: Located at our Anderson Campus in Easton, PA, the farm provides fresh, local, organic produce to our Network. The produce is used in our inpatient menus, as well as in our cafeterias for employees, patients and community visitors. When quantities permit, the produce is also sold at cafeteria farm stands throughout the Network.
