St. Luke's Brian D. Perin Hospice House

Hospice

The goal of St. Luke’s Hospice is to provide hospice care in the place the patient calls home. Sometimes a patient needs additional pain control and symptom management that cannot be done in the home setting. When the hospice medical director, the hospice team of professionals, and the family agree that this is the patient’s situation, the patient may be transferred to St. Luke’s hospice house. In the home-like setting of the hospice house, with 24 hour visitation, the patient and family will receive the care of the inpatient hospice team of professionals 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-per-week with the goal of the patient returning to their own home setting.

“I could not have asked for better care for my husband & my family while he was at St Luke’s Hospice. Everyone that worked there was an angel.” — Deb C.
