“Two of us had appointments for an upcoming travel and required inoculations. Appointments for this service are very limited. The first appointment was 3:00 PM. We never saw Dr. Jahre until 4:30. (the office closes at 4:30) Dr Jahre was very gracious and immediately apologized for the wait. He told us we were the last patients and we had all the time we needed - to not worry about rushing. He kept his word and answered all our questions and provided more information about our specific upcoming trip. We never felt rushed. As a side note - the reason our appointments started late was due to a St. Luke's doctor who arrived over a half hour late for his appointment and then took more time than his schedule. He continued to text Dr Jahre while he was with us, and to his credit Dr. Jahre focused on us. Maybe your network doctors should be treated like regular patients and have their appointments cancelled or changed when they are considerably late.”

“My husband and I went to this Travel Clinic to get the necessary vaccinations for our trip to Egypt. The doctor spent quite some time explaining all about the vaccines and what to eat and not eat in Egypt. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and wonderful bed side manner. The nurse that gave us the vaccinations was also wonderful. I felt no pain what so ever from the shots.”
