Once a determination was made I needed surgery I was contacted by a scheduler who had given me a surgery date and location that was unacceptable to me. I am very close to Bethlehem and did not eant to go to Quakertown. Nor wait 4 months when I was in a severe state of pain. I contacted my PCP and he spoke to someone about my condition. I was not able to sit, stand, walk, without involuntarily screaming. Anyway, I was contacted and given a January date.in Bethlehem. Everything worked out well. I think wait time for treatment or surgery needs to be improved. Otherwise, all is great.”
