He took a lot of time to get all my medical background. He did a full neurological exam. He took a lot of time to listen and explain everything to me. I was thrilled to find him. If every doctors office was like this the world would be a much better place. I cannot say enough good things about him and his entire team. Wonderful. “The staff were great. They sent me my visit write up and options for treatment. They also assisted me with med options due to high cost of one med. They also assisted in instructions for my use of the medication and to call back after two weeks. They also reminded me to call with any questions or issues with the medication.Dr. Ackerman was prepared before seeing me, Thoroughly went through my years of treatments before seeing him. He also did a cognictive and strength test. He was empathetic and listened to my wife and my concerns. For a first visit, Dr. Ackerman was the best who delved into my history, I would give him 5*. He was outstanding.”

“Dr. Ackerman is a great Doctor, he really listens to your problems and gives options for treatments and explains each option, he lets you decide. Dr.Ackerman doesn't try to force just one treatment down your throat because he thinks that is what you should take, like other Drs. He honestly explains all his options then gives you time to research it and decide if you want to take the new medication or not.I appreciate that more !”
