Applicants should apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Once the application materials have been reviewed, selected applicants will be invited to interview.

  1. The application deadline is October 1.
  2. Two positions are offered each year.
  3. Applicants must not have completed prior residency training including a transitional year or preliminary year due to our “New” program status per CMS.
  4. Three letters of recommendation are required.
  5. Applications should be submitted exclusively through the Electronic Residency Application Service.
  6. Residency interviews take place from October through December.
  7. Final rank list selection of residents is made by the St. Luke’s Otolaryngology faculty using ERAS.
