St. Luke’s Fitness & Sports Performance Centers offer a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes each week. Classes are lead by skilled and certified Group Exercise Professionals. Whether you are looking for the challenge of Metabolic Training, the vigor of Zumba® or the serenity of Yoga, we have a group fitness class that meets your goals. All classes are included in your membership except for those specifically noted. Classes generally last about an hour.
