Getting Grace, a movie filmed entirely in the Lehigh Valley with scenes at St. Luke’s, premiers nationwide on March 23rd. The lead actor and director of the film is Daniel Roebuck, a Lehigh Valley native, who has starred in over 230 movies and TV shows including The Fugitive, Lost, Matlock and many more. The movie also stars Madelyn Dundon, a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School as the title character Grace.
The story features Grace, a teenage girl dying of cancer, who visits a funeral home to find out what will happen to her after she dies but ends up teaching the funeral director, Bill Jankowski (played by Daniel Roebuck), how to celebrate life.
