Dr. Christine Lee
Dr. Christine S. Lee is an Obesity Medicine Specialist at St. Luke’s Weight Management Center.
Obesity is a complex medical condition which involves many organ systems. As an osteopathic physician, I emphasize a holistic approach as key to successfully treating an individual. This has framed my outlook in caring for my patients with obesity.
Dr. Lee received her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. After graduation, she completed her residency training in internal medicine at Geisinger Health System, as well as her fellowship in Bariatric Medicine and Clinical Nutrition.
In her free time, Dr. Lee enjoys serving as violinist and pianist during Sunday service at local churches. She loves to experiment with healthy cooking for herself and her family, but also to better assist her patients and colleagues to make healthy eating fun! Dr. Lee has traveled to Honduras and Mexico on medical mission trips to set-up temporary clinics at local schools to provide health care in underserved villages. She is bilingual in English and Korean.
