Regardless of the type of volunteer work you will perform, your contributions will be highly regarded!
Volunteers are considered to be a very important part of our health care team and are a valuable asset. This website was developed to make this information easy to understand and learn.
Prior to starting your assignment, we ask you to complete the registration form, read the below materials and sign the acknowledgement form. Reading this information prior to beginning your volunteer work will give you an opportunity to learn more about St. Luke’s, what we have to offer and the values we live by. If you have any questions about your orientation materials or upcoming volunteer experience, please contact the Volunteer Supervisor chairing/leading your community based program. - Read the handbook
- Print, sign and return the handbook acknowledgement and commitment to privacy form
RN/LPN or MD/DO volunteer vaccine injectors only, please complete the above registration form, read the handbook and additionally complete:
- Review the IM Injection Presentation
- Review the three CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Injection modules
- Print, sign and return to your St. Luke's Contact IM Injection, orientation handbook acknowledgement and commitment to privacy form
