Thank you for your interest in Neurology residency training at St. Luke’s University Health Network. St. Luke’s University has a rich foundation in many training programs throughout the institution incorporating both hospital and community settings with a strong academic focus in family medicine, internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics, etc residencies. St. Luke’s University now offers the same dedication to patient care, research and education in the field of Neurology. St. Luke’s University has been voted Truvens top 100 teaching hospitals nationally. Our residency offers a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient exposure to best prepare our residents for future life. Our residents are adopted into our Neurology family and community, complete with diverse patient pathology and faculty subspecialties. St. Luke’s Neurology residents will also be mentors to our St. Luke’s medical students which further supplements the teaching and learning commitment of the institution at all levels. Neurology at St. Luke’s offers an attractive residency work/ life balance focusing on outpatient as well as inpatient opportunities in our field. The residents will leave the program with a sound understanding of the neurosciences, augmented by opportunities for research.

The Adult Neurology Residency Program at St. Luke’s University Health Network is a four year categorical program that includes a preliminary PGY-1 year of Internal Medicine education. Both the Internal Medicine and Neurology program directors supervise this year of training. The core curriculum of the first year of training is identical of the First Year Categorical Medicine residents.
