Program Directors and Faculty
Dr. McGinley is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the current president of the New Jersey Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors. He has received numerous awards throughout his 23-year teaching career for this expertise in training new doctors. He studied medicine at Penn State University College of Medicine and completed a fellowship in Faculty Development at Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. McGinley’s areas of interest include pediatric and adolescent medicine, dermatology, procedural medicine and behavioral medicine.

Associate Program Director / Site Director
Dr. Dobash is a graduate of Wilkes University. He received his medical degree from Hahnemann University/Drexel University College of Medicine. He did his Family Medicine Residency at Drexel University’s Program in Family Medicine in Warminster, PA where he served as chief resident. He was faculty and the Family Medicine Clerkship Director before moving to Schuylkill County, PA. He joined St. Luke’s in 2012. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. His other interests include rural health and resident education.

Dr. Fahmy is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He is a graduate of the Medical University of Lublin and completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Luke’s Warren Hospital.
