Surgical critical care

To apply for the Surgical Critical Care Fellowship please complete the following and submit no later than September 1st. Interviews will be conducted during September and October.

  • Applications are accepted via SAFAS.  Please visit to apply.
  • Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, with interview occurring in June- September for the following academic year.
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Proof of BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS if applicable
  • CV
  • Personal Statement

Please note applications will not be reviewed until a complete packet with all required materials is received.
