  • Program Includes:
    • Speed Session – 60 Minutes
    • Strength Session – 60 Minutes

Program Description:

This program is designed to build neuromuscular patterns and efficiency that will develop a foundation of strength and athletic ability. As the athlete progresses in the program, they will continue to build strength and power while improving technique and learning to apply them to athletic skills. As intensity increases, the focus on injury prevention remains constant so the athlete can handle increased physical stress and demand along with higher competition.

    • Running technique breakdown
      • Acceleration – Starting speed, first step explosiveness
      • Max Velocity – top speed mechanics, running efficiency and economy
    • Multidirectional Movement Skills
      • Deceleration
      • Change of Direction
      • Sport Specific Movements
      • Reactive Abilities
    • Strength Sessions
      • Injury prevention through focusing on weaknesses, imbalances and joint stability
      • Building strength through teaching technique, progressions of exercises, and progression of loading
      • Building power through slowly adding higher intensities and explosive movements
