Mike brings 36 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. His work spans the scope of Cardiac Rehabilitation, elite Sports Conditioning, Corporate and General Fitness.In the area of sports and fitness coaching, Mike has worked extensively with professional, college, and high school athletes.
Mike is an instructor for the School of Medicine, teaching elective courses in health and fitness.
Mike’s current professional focus includes working with clients to make comprehensive lifestyle changes to result in transformational achievements and training regional athletes at the college, high school, middle school and recreational levels. In addition, Mike teaches Group Cycling and Metabolic Conditioning classes.
Mike enjoys the beach with his family, kayaking, cycling, strength training, and networking within the fitness culture.

Ashley’s background is in cardiac rehab. She is one of our sports performance and MetCon coaches, as well as a cardiac rehab liaison.
During her free time, she enjoys strength training & metabolic conditioning, hiking, reading and studying about the latest in nutrition/dieting and overall fitness.
