Dr. Oskin serves as the Section Chief of Vascular Surgery  for St. Luke's University Health Network. He specializes in endovascular surgery and has a special interest in the minimally invasive treatment of vascular disease.

• Certified as a registered vascular technologist by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
