Dr. Balshi serves as the Medical Director of The Vascular Center and the Medical Director of the Wound Management Center at St. Luke's Union Station in Bethlehem, PA.

• Extensive experience in the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease and Chronic Venous Insufficiency
• Advanced training utilizing future technologies for the minimally invasive treatment of vascular diseases
• Special interest in complex aortic surgery, including endovascular aortic stent graft repair
• Extensive experience in renal vascular surgery, carotid artery surgery and lower extremity bypass surgery
• Fellow of the American College of Surgeons
