Prescriptions Filled for Patients and Public On-Site
Allentown, PA (04/23/2010) - Patients who have been discharged from St. Luke's Hospital – Allentown Campus do not have to wait at a pharmacy for pain medications or other prescriptions. As of April 12, HomeStar Pharmacy can fill prescriptions for patients before discharge.
The new HomeStar pharmacy is located at 1736 Hamilton Street, Allentown, on the ground floor in the East Tower of the hospital and across the hall from St. Luke's new Wound Management Center.
The pharmacy is open to the general public, as well as to patients, visitors and employees. Prescriptions, including hard-to-find medications, as well as over the counter (OTC) medications are available.
