Child Car Seat Safety Check

St. Luke's Hospital - Bethlehem Campus Hosts Child Car Seat Safety Check
on April 28

Bethlehem, PA (4/15/2010) - Pediatric nurses from St. Luke's Hospital – Bethlehem Campus will host a child safety seat check on Wednesday, April 28 from 11 am to 3 pm at the parking deck on the ground level, 801 Ostrum Street, Bethlehem.

The safety checks are part of an initiative to promote safety for children and to determine if the child seat is being properly utilized in the vehicle.

Each safety check takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes, and parents should bring the car seat instruction booklet, car manual and the child who is intended to use the car seat. The nurses conducting the check have been certified and specially trained to conduct the child seat checks and will help parents to learn to properly install the seat in the vehicle, as well as to properly place the child in the seat.

Please call 610-954-4112 to register and for directions.
