We Take Good Care of You

As your primary care physician, we will coordinate every aspect of your care. Whether you need a physical for school or need ongoing diabetic care, the doctors of Connelly Family Practice are at the center of your health and well being.

Allergy Treatment

We'll help you identify your allergies, referring you to a specialist if necessary. When the results are in, we'll review the findings with you and discuss ways to treat or manage your symptoms.

Chronic Health Concerns

We provide on-going management and monitoring of diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions. You're an important part of your treatment, so we'll help educate you on ways to manage your condition yourself.

Diagnostic Tests

If there's something wrong, we'll help you find out what it is. We can conduct throat cultures to check for strep, urinalysis to screen for disease, infection, diabetes, etc.; and blood tests to check for diabetes, infection, pregnancy.

Education

We want you to be an active participant in your care. We'll discuss self-care skills, better health behaviors and counsel you on treatment options.

Immunizations

We provide flu shots, childhood immunizations and other vaccinations to fight or prevent an infection.

Minor Injuries

Come see us for any cuts, scrapes, bruises and sprains that you think might need a doctor's attention. If it's serious, though, head for the emergency room.

Minor Surgeries

We can remove moles, cysts, skin tags or small lesions. We can suture cuts and perform other minor procedures.

Routine Gynecological Care

During your annual exam, we'll provide screenings, tests and discuss contraception management or menopause.

Routine Health Exams

We perform well-baby and well-child checks, and we'll examine grown-ups from head to toe too. We check your weight, heart, cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. If you need a physical for work or school, don't forget to bring your paperwork.

Screenings

We'll screen for certain cancers, test your vision and hearing, screen for exposure to tuberculosis, screen for fetal abnormalities in pregnant women. We can provide EKGs for heart monitoring and perform cholesterol checks.

Unexpected Illness

Come see us when you have pain, labored breathing, prolonged fever, rash, dizziness, or anytime you're feeling unwell or you think your illness is getting worse, not better.
