Mike brings 33 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. His work spans the scope of Cardiac Rehabilitation, elite Sports Conditioning, Corporate and General Fitness.
In the area of Sports and Fitness Coaching, Mike has worked extensively with professional and college athletes.
Mike's current focus includes:
- The THRIVE Program- Working with clients to make comprehensive lifestyle changes to result in transformational achievements.
- Training of regional athletes at the college, high school, middle school, and recreational levels.
Mike enjoys the beach with his family, kayaking, cycling, strength training, and networking within the fitness culture.
