Our Senior Fitness program focuses on providing the safest and most efficient strength and endurance exercise routines that fit anyone's busy and active retirement lifestyle.

Research on seniors utilizing this type of fitness programming has shown outstanding improvements in strength, increase in muscle mass and reduction in body fat.

Studies have shown that individuals in their 60's, 70's and 80's respond as well to a smartly-designed strength training program as do individuals between the ages of 20 to 60.

Seniors flourish in our program through the ongoing guidance of the Health and Fitness staff.
