Group Fitness Class Descriptions

20-20-10: Get ready to mix it up with this fun variety class! This class will be broken down into 3 segments: 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of toning, and 10 minutes of abs. Each week will be a little different.*
CARDIO KICKBOX:  An intense energized workout using various punching and kicking patterns set to music. Take the stress out of everyday life with this hard hitting and motivating class! *
GENTLE FITNESS: A light, low-impact, aerobic workout for active adults. The class is designed to help improve stamina, balance, flexibility, and coordination.*
MAT PILATES: This class is designed to strengthen the muscles of the core: back, abs, and hips. Regular practice of Pilates can increase flexibility, improve balance, coordination and posture, and reduce chronic pain. This class can be modified to benefit all fitness levels.*
PILOXING®: This new class blends together elements of Pilates, Boxing, and Dance. Enjoy a high-energy, fat-burning, muscle sculpting, total-body interval workout.*
SATURDAY ROTATION: This class will rotate both class type and instructor, giving you the chance to mix-up your routine and try something new. The class type will rotate between Zumba®, Cardio Kickbox, and 20-20-10. *
GROUP CYCLING: Enjoy a fun and invigorating workout set to music. Designed to simulate outdoor cycling on a stationary cycle. Take pleasure in the benefits of a group training ride without the fear of keeping up!**
YOGA: A relaxing and refreshing addition to your week. This class emphasizes the harmonious balance between mind and body. Various poses will be utilized to improve postural alignment, body strength, and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. (Extra fee and registration are required.)**
ZUMBA: Have fun dancing to this unique blend of Latin rhythms while receiving the body shaping benefits of a dynamic workout. Experience the dance styles of the salsa, meringue, cumbia, and reggaeton. *
