- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tahini
Place the garlic in a food processor. Pulse and scrape the bowl three times. Slowly drizzle the oil through the top and then add the lemon juice. Add in the tahini and the beans and blend until smooth. Add some of the liquid from the beans if it is too thick.
