  • 1 cup black beans, cooked
  • 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, diced fine
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced fine
  • 1 each jalapeno, diced fine
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup V-8® vegetable juice

Mix all ingredients. Chill.
