- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon saffron threads
Place rice in pan. Add the broth. Bring to a boil reduce heat to a simmer. Cook 3 minutes. Add saffron. Turn off heat and cover tightly. Let stand 10 minutes.
