Johanna Pizzolo was out for a drive with her husband Vincent and their two year old son Julius and fourteen-month-old Brandon when their vehicle was struck by another vehicle. All four of the Pizzolo's were taken to St. Luke's Trauma Center. Johanna bore the brunt of the crash with massive facial fractures, two collapsed lungs, eight rib fractures and a devastating brain injury.
Sixteen year old Gregory Young of Allentown was driving home from his part-time job at Red Robin. He was involved in a car crash and was ejected through his sun roof. He was transported to St. Luke's University Hospital -- Bethlehem, where he presented in the Trauma Center with low blood pressure and severe abdominal and pelvic injuries.
