Support Services

(Ryan White Part B Funded Program)

Provides services to individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. The program is available to residents in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon and Monroe counties. All services are provided by bilingual, bicultural staff and are free and confidential.

• Counseling referrals
• Emergency food pantry
• Financial assistance
• Legal referrals
• Transportation assistance to medical appointments

All services are free and confidential.

Hours

• Services are provided Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm by appointment only.
• Evening hours are available upon request.

Prevention

ASC Prevention Services provides confidential or anonymous rapid HIV testing.

• Have test results in 20 minutes 
• Oral swab test - No blood; no needles

ASC Prevention Services also provides HIV/AIDS presentations to middle and high schools in Northampton and Lehigh counties and risk reduction counseling to HIV positive individuals and those at risk for acquiring HIV.

• Monday: 9 am - 12 pm
• Wednesday: 12 - 3 pm

Did you know...

• The Center for Disease Control recommends everybody between the ages of 13-64 should be tested once in their lifetime.
• If you have any of these risk factors you should be test annually
  1. Sharing needles for injecting drugs
  2. Having unprotected sex
  3. History of sexually transmitted infections

Provides comprehensive primary and specialty care to people living with HIV/AIDS, mainly those who do not have health insurance or who cannot pay for the HIV care they need.
