The Training Brand
At St. Luke’s Health & Fitness Centers, we provide you with the latest in strength and conditioning programming. We will provide you with the safest, most efficient and most productive exercise programming. Our programs elicit low force on the joints while providing progressive higher intensity on the muscles. Most individual exercise sessions are less than one hour performed two to three times a week. Coupled with our healthy eating concepts and professional guidance from staff, our members enjoy sustainable success.
