Why Choose St. Luke's?
Coordinated Care from our Experienced Team of Specialists
St. Luke's is committed to leading-edge, efficient and personalized lung cancer care. Patients receive coordinated care from our experienced team of specialists from their first contact with our nurse navigator through the end of their treatment.
All new cases of known or suspected lung cancer are reviewed in a weekly multidisciplinary conference where general thoracic surgeons, pulmonologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists and radiologists meet to agree upon the optimal treatment plan for each individual patient. Each week, every patient undergoing active lung cancer treatment is reviewed by our Lung Cancer Working Group to assess their progress.
Commitment to Patient-Centered and Research-Driven Care
Whether it is minimally invasive cancer resections, the most up-to-date targeted chemotherapy, or the latest in stereotactic radiation, St. Luke's is committed to patient-centered and research-driven lung cancer care.
